ShipPing
Orders are shipped with ground shipping within 3 to 5 days after your order is received. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please email our customer service department for any special shipping requests upon order submission.
Return
All returns must be notified within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received within 15 days starting from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise. All returns must be soil free and show no signs of being worn. If evidence has been determined for these restrictions, there will be no refunds for your return items. All G-strings, thongs, clearance and sales items are final with no returns or credit.
Refund
If for any reason you're not happy with your item, our refund policy allows you to return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the items are undamaged and have their original tags still attached.
